Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Sign-in email address (or the identifier provided by Google if you sign in with Google); the Lichess usernames you link; the public games of those usernames that we import; the analyses, reports and training plans generated; subscription information (plan, status, dates); language preference.

We do not collect any banking data: it is entered with Lemon Squeezy.

2. How we use data

This data is used only to provide the service: sign you in, import and analyze your games, generate your reports, manage your subscription and answer your requests. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

3. Hosting and providers

The application is hosted by Vercel and data is stored with Supabase. Payments and billing are handled by Lemon Squeezy, Merchant of Record, which is responsible for processing payment data. Public games are read from Lichess.

These providers may process data outside your country of residence, under their own contractual safeguards.

4. Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies and storage: sign-in session, chosen language and sound preference. No advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

5. Retention

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. On a deletion request, we erase your account and its data, except what we are legally required to keep (for example billing data held by Lemon Squeezy).

6. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, export or deletion, and object to certain processing, by writing to contact@elomentum.com. We reply within a reasonable time.

7. Independence from the platforms

Elomentum is not affiliated with Lichess. We only use public games and never ask for your Lichess password.
